Class V1
A new navigation bar was designed to support primary and secondary menus while improving responsive design for smaller devices.
Class cards were redesigned to give more emphasis to guides after qualitative feedback suggested our users often looked for particular guides. Categories were introduced to help users get to their desired class topics quicker.
Calendar’s responsive design was improved for small devices and a scrollable side bar was introduced to contain the calendar as well as other filters and keep them on screen while browsing. The filters were overhauled and simplified in the amount of filters and the logic behind them. This resulted in a 16% increase in upcoming class bookings.
The class UI was overhauled to consolidated chat, class info and similar classes into an easy to navigate side-bar, while making the entire layout responsive. Our in class onboarding process was improved to provide a clear sign up CTA in order to chat as well as a blocking sign up modal after 1 minute of class time. This increased sign ups by 27% and chat messages by 4%.
New class details page, bringing bookings above the fold.
New user profile for easy access to class notes and schedule.
New guide cards for ease of access to guide catalogues.
Through qualitative feedback, customers expressed it was hard to immediately understand what the product was from the exisiting landing page. With limited resource at the time, I was tasked with the design and development of an improved visitor landing page to improve understanding of what we do, how it works and who we are, while building trust by featuring testimonials and trusted partners.
